For customers outside the US only the last telephone number is

Shipcom's Helpdesk will provide second line or third line support.
It is expected that the first line support is organized either at
the end-customer (local IT support organization) or at one of Shipcom's
Service Partners.
To use the Helpdesk service it is required to have a current Helpdesk
Support Agreement. Three different Helpdesk service levels are offered:
Bronze, Silver and Gold.
